Technic Panels

LEGO® Technic panels are the smooth fairings and bodywork that turn an exposed beam-and-pin frame into a finished machine. Unlike studded plates, these parts give your build clean aerodynamic covers, curved cowlings and flat side surfaces while keeping the underlying Technic structure fully functional. Most panels come as left and right mirror-pairs, so you can wrap both sides of a chassis symmetrically. This collection covers the plain, non-printed panels: the raw building blocks for any custom vehicle, supercar or aircraft MOC.

Start with the classic fairings. The large fairings 32188, 32189, 32190 and 32191 form the long-and-short pairs that shaped countless GBC and supercar shells, while the smooth fairings 64392, 64682, 64681 and 64393 give panels without the large holes for a cleaner look. Smaller fairings such as 47712, 47713, 32527, 32528, 87080 and 87086 handle tight curves, and the very small smooth panels 11946, 11947 and 2387 finish off compact builds. Need flat surfaces or covers instead? Reach for plates like the 5 x 11 x 1 (64782), the tapered 18945, the 3 x 11 x 1 (15458) and the 3 x 7 x 1 (71709), plus curved panels 11954, 18944, 24119 and 62531 for sweeping bodywork. Functional shapes round it out: car mudguards 61070 and 61071 (left and right), arched mudguards 2459 and 42531, the 3 x 8 spoiler 61073 and the engine block half 61069.

Because panels are released in left and right versions, sorting them by part number matters: pick the matching pair before you commit to a colour.
