Every part is pulled from its own drawer and checked against your order.
We pack it
Parts go in bags per colour, sets get padding. Then it goes to PostNL.
On its way
You get a track and trace link, except for the envelope without tracking.
Frequently asked about shipping
How long before my order ships?
We pack within 1 to 3 working days. Orders with a lot of different parts take the longest, because every part comes out of its own drawer.
Do you offer free shipping?
No. We keep the part prices as low as we can and charge the postage we actually pay. The envelope without tracking starts at EUR 1,40 in the Netherlands.
Why can I not track my envelope?
The envelope without tracking is a plain stamped letter. That is what makes it cheap. Want to be able to follow it, pick the letterbox parcel instead.
My parcel has not arrived. Now what?
Email [email protected] with your order number. We chase it with PostNL and you hear from us within 24 hours. If it is really lost, we resend or refund.
Do I pay import duty outside the EU?
Possibly. Outside the EU, including the UK, the receiving country charges import duty and local tax. That is not included in our rates and we cannot pay it for you.
