Frequently asked questions
Do my points expire?
No. As long as your account stays active, your points stay where they are.
Do I earn points on shipping costs too?
Points are counted over the product total, without shipping. So €50 of LEGO® gets you 500 points.
Can I combine points with a sale price?
Yes. Your discount code also works on reduced sets, parts and minifigs.
I ordered without an account. Do those points still count?
Create an account with the same email address and send us a message on WhatsApp. We will add the points from your earlier orders.
